CEO, Echelon Systems

Warren Lee is currently the founder and CEO of Echelon Systems, a start-up company just emerging from stealth mode focusing on the delivery of SaaS based solutions and toolsets to support service providers as they move into the Digital Home environment.   Mr. Lee is a successful serial entrepreneur having previously founded NeoNova Network Services, Inc., the premiere provider of backoffice ISP tools and services to the independent Telephone Company market.  Mr Lee successfully exited NeoNova through an acquisition by Private Equity in 2008. Prior to NeoNova Mr. Lee founded NKO, Inc. a pioneer in the toll quality fax and Voice over IP market.  NKO was acquired by ECI Telecom in 1998.  Mr. Lee is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Computer Engineering and holds 8 patents in the area of voice and fax over IP and document encryption and security.
