Internet Product Manager, GVTC

Tom Zanoli is the Internet and Security product manager for GVTC Communications, which includes business development work around products and services that meet both consumers evolving digital lifestyles and businesses demands for technology solutions.  Tom manages profitability for GVTC’s broadband and security products while ensuring that they provide the greatest value in the marketplace. He also evaluates emerging technologies to determine which best leverage the power of GVTC’s fiber-to-the-home network.

Prior to joining GVTC in 2007, Mr. Zanoli held positions at Alltel/Windstream Communications Inc., including call center manager, product management, IT, and business development.  He began his career out of college as a customer service representative, which he credits for providing him the front line experience that still helps guide his decisions today.

Mr. Zanoli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University of PA and a M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.  Tom also holds a Cisco CCNA certification along with Java, C++, and Python programming experience.
