Executive Vice President, Ringgold Telephone Company

Phil Erli is a 38 year veteran of the independent local exchange telephone business. Prior to accepting his current position with The Ringgold Telephone Company (RTC), Mr. Erli ran a consulting practice for seven years, specializing in the development of new business opportunities for rural local telephone service providers. During his time with RTC, the company became one of the first telcos in the world to make a commercial IPTV service offering. RTC was recently named one of the nation’s most innovative telephone companies by Telephony Magazine. Mr. Erli holds a BS in Finance from Indiana State University and an MBA from Indiana University. He is currently working toward his PhD in Leadership at Capella University.
